Rachel Koch

Over the last few years Rachel has been engaged in the world of politics, working closely with a local member of the Parliament, and the State Opposition Leader. Leading a portfolio of critical community engagement experiences and events, Rachel enjoyed gaining skills and experience through her role in community and key stakeholder engagement through events and serving the constituents in the member’s electorate.

Prior to her role in State Parliament, Rachel successfully founded and directed her own community based fitness business for 12 years. This business served 1000s of women to build their self-esteem through the mode of group fitness. Her qualifications include Diploma of Positive Psychology (Langley Institute), Cert IV TAE and Master Trainer Certification.

Rachel is passionate about serving people with warmth and excellence, and cares about giving attention to the smaller nuanced details that makes the client’s experience truly great. When it comes to the detailed communications, event and program organisation and making people feel valued, Rachel is at her very best.

Outside of work, Rachel delights in spending time with her family and values the precious memories that are created in these fast moving days/months/years. She is also easily talked into a sunny afternoon hopping among beautiful wineries, sampling Adelaide’s fine wines and delicious platters! Oh yeah, and Rachel is first and foremost a family focussed mother of five incredible humans from 12-24!
