Leigh Willson

Leigh is an authentic and commercially orientated leader, organisational development and change practitioner, leadership coach and registered Psychologist.  For over 20 years she has partnered with leaders and leadership teams across a broad range of settings including private organisations, higher education, Not for Profit and local /state government. She has worked in these contexts to co-design and tailor leadership development, culture and wellbeing programs and interventions designed to build high performing and healthy teams and culture.

As a PROSCI accredited practitioner, Leigh has provided change management advice and support on a range of large-scale change projects, including the relocation of the new Royal Adelaide Hospital. She has successfully developed the capabilities of project sponsors and leaders and assisted them to normalise and unravel the complexities experienced during times of change, establish clear priorities, and work collaboratively with their people to achieve sustainable business outcomes and transformational organisational change.

Leigh is passionate about coaching and considers it a privilege to coach and be a sounding board for others. She loves helping people re-engage with or identify their purpose and to see a different perspective and potential in themselves and others. She believes all leaders need time out and, at times, a safe space to identify, articulate and confront leadership and life challenges. This leads to opportunities to explore possible what’s happening and generate practical solutions. So often she witnesses significant outcomes with leaders becoming more resilient human beings with greater energy to positively impact their life and the lives of those around them.

Whilst Leigh is fortunate enough to enjoy her craft her professional ‘gig’, she prioritises and adores being active, playing sport and spending time with family and friends. She loves a good quote. Her fave is her father’s, ‘Life is no dress rehearsal’! As a result she is always busy and yet, at the same time, always has time for others.
