Carl  is a Co-founder at CulturAlchemy, sharing a passion for enabling great organisational outcomes through culture. Carl blends a successful career as a senior executive in the airline and banking industries with now extensive experience as an accomplished leadership and business performance improvement practitioner.

Over recent years, he has worked with and coached, the senior and executive teams and boards of many prominent corporate and government organisations internationally. He specialises in designed culture shifts and the design and delivery of leadership programs and learning experiences. His niche is in helping organisations strategically prepare for adaptation. Clients value Carl’s ability to quickly appraise complex systems and link concepts and solutions meaningfully.

Outside his professional life, Carl and wife, Fiona devote time to travel and they recently relocated to a wonderful new (old) home in Strathalbyn, South Australia from Victoria. He tinkers with his small collection of classic English cars and has mastered using social media to track down his now adult children for the occasional conversation.
