June is passionate about helping people with change and transformation, having worked in this space for over 30 years. Now, more than ever, culture is critical, so too is the role that leaders play in building growth mindset cultures.
June wants to use her experience, courage, energy & pursuit of excellence to guide and support others through their change. Trained as an organisational psychologist, June is able to help leaders diagnose what is going on and to bring another perspective. She has a proven track record in leading people and large-scale projects in blue-chip companies, deep experience in developing organisational capabilities, and knows how to work systemically to make change stick.
With experience leading major organisational change, transformation and culture change projects and responsibility for multi-billion $ budgets for companies such as BHP and Jemena, June has first-hand knowledge of the opportunities and challenges facing large corporations and their leaders. She sees her most rewarding work with leaders has been the focus on shifting culture and building capability, working with complex organisational systems to align mindsets and behaviours, and implement solutions. She believes in leading from the heart and bringing compassion and humour to sustain purpose-led, healthy organisations.
June is married with 2 adult daughters and 2 dogs; enjoys exercise, travel, reading, & AFL. June is also passionate about empowering females and climate change; and does pro bono work in these areas to support the systemic shifts we need to make in the way we work and live.
