Program Format

A 16 week program that takes CEO’s and senior leaders through a series of immersive and engaging experiences to demystify organisational culture and uses evidence and shared experiences to discover the potential of your people and purpose through culture.

The Program Includes

  • 4 x 60 – 90 minute sessions with your own personal culture guide who has extensive experience of shifting organisational cultures
  • 4 x 2 hour culture workshops to deepen your confidence, knowledge and skills and prepare you for action.
  • Networking opportunities with leaders from up to 6 organisations also focusing on shifting their culture
  • Cultural data for your organisation through a Barrett Culture Assessment 
  • An experiment you’ll design to kickstart your culture change plans into action
  • A flight plan, which outlines next steps and guides your culture work after the program
  • A toolset, resources and skills you can continue to use post the program
