Having identified the need to truly align the organisation and seize the opportunity for community benefit, the CEO chose to focus on culture and leadership to enable it. Working closely with the Executive Team and Senior Leadership Group and using data collected from 21 interviews we:

  • Thematically played-back cultural themes, blind spots and areas for focus
  • Co-designed initiatives to bring alignment to the top three levels of leadership, including leadership preference profiling
  • Measured progress using Teamgage pulse application

New organisational values emerged from surveying the entire organisation and debriefing the results via workshops to refine and confirm. These three powerful values have permeated the organisation and continue to shape behaviours, systems and the ways of working that enable alignment to naturally happen over time.
